Hello everyone, I am Anjali Jadhav student of JSPM’s BSIOTR BE Computer Engineering 2017. My placement journey being in a distinction (Aggregate 66%) I was able to sit for every company came to campus. I got many chances but to be true. I was not well prepared for technical rounds. So as a result I failed in technical rounds of all the companies came till September. And then there was a drive for Fiserv last MNC left I cleared first 2 rounds and I failed in 3 rd round due to technical aptitude and after that only 1 round was left. It was like food was in front of me but I couldn’t eat because I didn’t know how to? Well jokes apart that was a disaster for me and I was very disappointed at that time. Then my father told me to, “Focus on the things where you are lacking and why?” And then I started preparing for Technical stuff. I started from the very basics. And as a result I got placed in Bentley Systems with 3.0 lakh package. And I’m happy I got the post I wished for.

I was Training & Placement student co-coordinator of my college thus part of Training & Placement cell. Our T&P officer always tried to keep us in touch with the sessions which were required for a final year Engineering Student to get placed in a company. The sessions included interaction with hr of various companies which helped us to understand the gap between the college academics & the industry requirements. In our 3rd year we had face training which helped us in aptitude and for GD and PI rounds of drive.
My experience of placement was quite interesting, being T&P Co-coordinator, I was always in touch of these activities which helped me a lot in understanding many things related to placement. we had many T & P Activities After that I attended drive on 13th sept, 2017 of TECH MAHINDRA LTD and that was my day where I could clear all the rounds and was placed in TechM. “HARD WORK REALLY PAYS OFF”

The placement cell of our college conducts various training sessions like workshop, training, guidance for seniors, aptitude tests and lectures, soft skills trainings and much more.
