Final Evaluation
The evaluation of the students is based on the examination conducted by the affiliating university in terms of online as well as offline exams which are conducted as per the rules and guidelines set by the University..The college follows the relative grading procedure which is defined by SPPU University. Based on the student’s performance, he is awarded a letter grade with its corresponding grade point. Based on this, the student’s Semester Grade Point Average (SGPA) is calculated according to the following rule:
where, n is the number of courses registered during the semester, Ci is the number of credits allotted to a particular course, and Gi is the grade points corresponding to the grade awarded for the course. (For example, an AA grade will correspond to 10 grade points).
Each student is awarded an SGPA every semester and from these, the Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) is calculated as follows:
