Network and Power Lab
Description: Network and Power laboratory(NPL) is used by SE and TE students with the course on "Electrical Circuits & Machines and Power Electronics". This lab enhances our E&TC students by providing them the better understanding of the concepts of power semiconductor devices and power electronics circuits.This lab also provides the platform to perform and test their mini project. This lab has oscilloscopes(CRO & DSO), Single phase power supply, Signal generators, Multimeters, Soldering guns, Power electronics Kits and Network theory kits to carry out experiments.
Some of the experiments are: Study of gate drive circuits of SCR,1 phase half controlled and full controlled converters, 1 phase ac voltage regulators, DC_DC Choppers, SMPS, PWM inverter, Speed control of DC motor
Features: Lab is equipped with Power devices experiment kits and Network theory experiment kits.
