In this lab students are explored all aspects of High Voltage Engineering practically with all possibilities of understanding various fundamental topics of subjects like High Voltage Engineering, testing of Dielectric breakdown strength of different types of material, Power system protection circuit ,etc. The High Voltage Laboratory can be used for high voltage testing of all types of electrical insulation systems, ranging from insulators on air, solid and liquid insulation materials.
