Industrial Visit to Sai Service Station

Department of Mechanical Engineering has successfully conducted an Industrial Visit to Sai Service Station, Gat No.2406, off Pune Nagar road, Near Wagheshwar Temple, Wagholi 412207. On Monday dated 27/03/2023 at 2.00 pm.

It was organized with the Prior permission of the Principal and H.O.D. and Mr. Chandrakant Halgi (Service Advisor) from Sai Service Station.

Training Officer of Sai Service station, Mr. Tushar has given the safety instructions and overall plan of the visit on gate itself.

Students were taken to the workshop where they learn about details of the overall automobile layout, Petrol and Diesel engine details, repair and maintenance service. Students were taken to the body shop where they learn about Painting and repair services.

Prof. Sawle A. M., Prof.Talpe A.V. along with staff Mrs.Annapurna Koli. accompanied and guided the students during the visit.

The visit was very informative and students were well exposed to practical applications related to Applied Thermodynamics Subject.

Students are benefited in terms of technical details provided by Engineers and staff of Sai Service Station.

Transportation facility was made available by the college.
